2. Audit Boulder’s $400 Million Backlog
Boulder estimates it has roughly $400 million in unfunded capital maintenance and infrastructure needs. At the same time, the City is asking voters to authorize up to $400 million in new debt for public facilities and other capital projects. Previous City reports acknowledged that the list of unfunded needs still required further review and refinement.
